Biltong Meatomania is a snack delicacy made with marinated and dried beef. We have adapted the traditional South African recipe for this protein-rich snack (52%) to eliminate any added sugar or artificial ingredients.
The result: a 100% natural snack that combines the taste of exceptional meat with the subtle aromas of a balanced blend of spices. Its very sweet and addictive flavour comes only from the spices used, excluding any added sugar. Give it a try and it will immediately become your favourite snack.
Ready to taste, Biltong Meatomania is the ideal answer to any snack and can be enjoyed as an aperitif, on the go, at work, on a hike or before a workout. Its strips, as thin as they are delicious, can be chewed at any time and contribute to a feeling of satiety without guilt!

Beef from France (Aubrac, Limousine), red wine vinegar (sulfites), sea salt, black pepper, coriander, garlic powder, Meatomania spice mix (possible traces of mustard, gluten) and depending on the recipe: Smoked Garlic (milk), Cayenne Pepper (Chilli) or Cumin.

Store in a cool, dry place and consume before the date indicated.
Sachets: once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days (you will probably have devoured it sooner). Packaged in a modified atmosphere, each sachet contains an oxygen absorber which is innocuous but cannot be eaten. Consider placing a new order instead! It is possible that this product was frozen before slicing, do not refreeze.DLC: 1 month.
Steaks: Vacuum packed. Upon receipt, we advise you to unpack the steaks and store them in a kraft bag, away from humidity. This product may have been frozen, do not refreeze. DLC: 1 month.
